BARMM, 1 Oct 2019 – An Islamic Scholar from the OCM visited The Mufti at RDI Office to inquire what is Moral Governance all about.
Moral Governance is all about leadership and management, supervisors and subordinates, candidates and voters, public servants and public service, inclusivity and exclusivity, association and dissociation, among others based in the Qur’an and Sunnah.
RDI is tasked to conduct orientations cum swearing-in on the Oath of Moral Governance but only four BARMM Offices availed and complied completely.
