BARMM, 16 DEC 2019 –Dr. Hana, an Iraqi and head of USAID BARMM Health Projects, visited the Mufti in his office this morning.
She proposed Fatwa on Stopping Violence to be promulgated by the Darul-Ifta’.
Violence on humanity such as women, children, elders and men are among the fatwa to be covered.
Mufti will form a team to craft said fatwa.
