BARMM, 16 July 2019 – The Mufti of the Bangsamoro speaks on human rights in Islamic point of view before the crowd who attended the Bangsamoro Human Rights Networks Summit (BHRN) at Ebrahim Hall, Em Manor Hotel, Cotabato City.

Accordingly, non-combatants especially women, children, elders, humanitarian workers, among others, must be spared from firefight and other forms of violence.

Even the cutting of trees, polluting waters, and destroying churches are prohibited.
