BARMM, 19 NOV 2019 – Alhamdulillāh! We successfully participated today 19th of November 2019 at EM Manor Hotel, Cotabato City, the Grand Launching of Compiled 4 Fatawa on Family Planning and Fatwa on Immunization conducted by MOH-BARMM, in cooperation with Regional Darul Ifta, BARMM. This historical event was attended by the Chief Minister of BARMM Hon. Ahod Balawag Ebrahim, Minister of Health Dr Saffrulla M Dipatuan, Mufti Abuhaira A. Udasan and some of the members of the BTA. In addition, RDI Ulama Coordinators of five provinces and their assistants were able to attend the event. I have the honor to be one of the recourse persons to present the background and rationale of the compiled four Fatawa on Family Planning and the Fatwa on Immunization. Thanks a lot to MOH-BARMM, UNFPA and UNICEF.
