BARMM, 13 January 2020 – Mufti Abuhuraira A. Udasan emphasised how wedding rites is being done in Islamic way during his attendance to the nuptial of one of his staff held at Simuay, Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao earlier this morning.
The ideal solemnising officer is the Wali himself with presence of two male witnesses before the public.
