BARMM, 23 Sep 2019 – FBMS called for a preliminary budget review of the 23 offices directly under the OCM including Darul-Ifta whether the proposed budget are budgeted in accordance with budgeting rules and protocols held at BARMM HEART Conference Room, BARMM Government Center, Cotabato City.
Said budgets are intended for 2020 while the restructuring and transition plan are being finalized and put into law.
However, the budget must be budgeted under the 45% ceiling on PS in the P63B block grant.
