BARMM, 22 FEBRUARY 2021 – Datu Hoffer, Province of Maguindanao – On Monday morning, Mufti of Bangsamoro Abuhuraira A. Udasan attended the program conducted by Municipality of Datu Hoffer province of maguindanao with the collaboration of Islamic Relief. The main events of was the “Distribution of Birth Certificate” with the slogan “My Name, My Right”. Mufti has given a message regarding significance of Birth Certificate in Islamic Perspective, According to him, everyone has the right to have a birth certificate for him/her to be able to have an access any services given by the government, such as scholarship program, Philhealth, Marriage Contract, getting passport etc. without birth certificate, people will not be able to avail the said government services.
