BARMM, 05 DEC 2019 – The Regional Darul-Ifta’ – Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (RDI-BARMM) held a meeting to discuss if Zakah of an employee be given monthly or yearly.
After thorough discussions and reviews of Shari’ah Islamia, the consensus of jurisconsults should be on a yearly or annual basis.
However, it is best if the Zakah is given every Ramadhan which is the blessed month in Islam.
